I daylight as a Laboratory Technician in an ecotoxicology lab. I earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 2015. I am a believer in having a growth mindset and consistently strive to be learning new things myself. I have always been a hands-on learner who needs to write things down to absorb information. I like to keep different learning styles in mind when tutoring students to help them learn in a way that makes sense to them.
As a highly sensitive person myself, I strive to make all my students feel supported and comfortable. I ensure that there is no shame in getting an incorrect answer, just an opportunity to learn and grow.
