By day, I am an HR professional, so I am accustomed to wearing many different hats. To the jobseeker, I am a confidant, giving them insight into the organization and tips on how to improve their resume. To the newly hired employee, I am the trainer, helping them grasp the tools they need as they start their employment journey. To my hiring managers and HR colleagues, I am the subject matter expert, leading projects and using my knowledge of strategic Human Resources to help attract and retain the best talent for our organization.

By nature, I am a life-long learner who is passionate about the value of solid reading and writing skills in formal education. I consistently gravitate to roles where I can use my talents to help others learn, grow and accomplish their goals. Whether I am coaching a candidate on how to land his/her dream job or coaching a student on how to write a perfect persuasive essay, my focus is always the same - giving you the knowledge and tools you need to improve and keep moving forward in your journey.
