Certified Tutor

I just finished my freshman year at the University of Dayton, working towards a Mechanical Engineering major with a business administration/marketing minor. During the mornings I work at the Shorewood Recreation Department, leading tennis lessons for kids ages 4-12. My best and favorite subjects to tutor are anything math or calculus related, but I also have a lot of experience with reading, writing and science. Math comes very naturally to me and I have lots of experience explaining it my friends, siblings and classmates. I also took the ACT three times and did well on all the sections so I can definitely help with standardized tests as well. I believe education is an absolutely crucial and challenging part of life, so I want to help struggling students in any way I can. Outside of tutoring, I take part in programs like Best Buddies, helping integrate students with disabilities, and I love anything that has to do with playing or watching sports.
