Certified Tutor

I am currently a junior at The University of Texas at Dallas. I am working on a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry with a mathematics minor. Most of my teaching experience comes from the UTeach program at UTD, where I was able to observe and teach in several elementary and middle school science classes in the DFW area. I mainly tutor chemistry, physics, and most math subjects. My favorite topics to tutor are chemistry and calculus because both subjects can be used to explain phenomena that happen in the world around us. When it comes to learning, I believe that practice makes perfect and that giving students a safe environment to make mistakes in is the best way to improve their skills. Outside of tutoring and school, I spend my time playing bass guitar, watching movies, and playing video games.
