Education has and always will be my passion. I hold a BA and MA from the University of Missouri (St. Louis) and was previously certified to teach in Texas in Social Sciences (7-12). I taught in Houston (TX) and La Grange (TX) school districts, and worked for three different government agencies in Missouri and Texas. I have been playing guitar for 45 years and started playing mandolin about 5 years ago. Over the years I have been in several bands (rock, blues, country, Texas country) and have taught many people how to play guitar.
