Hi! I've been an educator for 15 years. I have a Masters degree in Education from the University of New Mexico. My teaching experience spans from first grade to middle school. I have taught first, second and third grade. I have also tutored students in reading and math intervention. I have a passion for reading instruction and meeting students at their level. I pride myself in keeping up with current education to motivate my students. I believe in life long learning and tutoring is just another avenue to help students reach their academic goals.

When I'm not teaching in the classroom I enjoy spending time with my family. I love watching my children play soccer, golf and dance. I also like to shop, watch movies and travel. In my spare time I workout, run and hike in the foothills.
