One of the things I enjoy most is watching people learn and helping to facilitate the process of learning. So many good things happen when a student develops an understanding of something new, academic or otherwise. Learning always involves closing the gap between where a student is and where they want to be. A teacher, or tutor, needs to know the steps that are involved in closing this gap. This takes creativity, which is what makes the process fun.
