Certified Tutor

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in History and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia. I also completed my Masters in Education degree at UVA and am now licensed to teach preschool through 6th grade. I am currently a 1st grade teacher in Loudoun County, VA. I also have experience teaching 3rd grade, working as a resource teacher for 1st through 5th grade, and tutoring privately, through the school system for individuals, home-bound students, and ELL-specific students. I love teaching (and tutoring) all subjects for elementary students, though I have also enjoyed tutoring older students in reading and math. Some things I love to do outside of teaching include spending time with friends and family, reading, skiing, cooking, and exploring bookstores and quaint towns.
