Certified Tutor

I am currently a freshman at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). I am an Integrated Health Studies major, and I am a Spanish Minor. I am on the pre-med track to becoming a pediatrician. I also pursue my musical interests by being a part of two choirs at UIC. I am a Co-Vice President for one of the ensembles that I am in. I love writing music as well as teaching myself how to play the piano. In the past, I have tutored students in Spanish, Music theory, Singing, English, and Mathematics. During my time as a National Honor Society Member in high school, I would tutor students in these subject areas; however, I have more experience tutoring students in Spanish and Music Theory. I am passionate about tutoring because I truly believe that every student has the ability to learn, and I would like to help students recognize their gifts and talents as well as be a part of their academic journey. My job as a tutor is to motivate and help students in any way possible!
