Certified Tutor

As a certified elementary educator I love helping children learn new things and preparing them for the next grade. I'm a current first grade teacher in Manhattan and have previous experience tutoring both elementary school and middle school aged students. I believe that all children have the potential to succeed, and I differentiate my lessons to support individual student needs so they can be successful. I like to use visuals, movements, and student interests to help students engage with learning. My favorite part of being an educator is seeing students reach their goals. In my free time I like to read, cook, and practice yoga. I look forward to working with you and your child!
