I'm here because I believe that reading, writing, and thinking are all intimately connected and I want to work with you to find confidence and joy in all of them. I graduated from Columbia University cum laude with a degree in English Literature, where I received departmental honors for my senior essay. During my time at Columbia, I was accepted into their Oxbridge Scholars program and was given the opportunity to study abroad at Cambridge University. In addition to my love of literature, I'm passionate about teaching and have been tutoring or working jobs in education since I was in middle school. Most recently, I worked as a high school English teacher. Whether it's a higher score on the (P)SAT or ACT, a critical eye on a tough essay, or something related to my arts interests, I can't wait to begin working with you.
