Certified Tutor

I am a graduate from Case Western Reserve University where I received my Bachelors in Biochemistry with minors in both Math and Chemistry. I have had extensive tutoring experience culminating in over 7 years of working with students of all different ages, backgrounds, and subject matters. While I tutor a broad range of subjects I particularly enjoy the sciences. With my background in biochemistry and as an aspiring physician I am not only more confident in this area but I also have a deep passion for understanding the underlying mechanisms that make us who we are. This includes biology, chemistry, physics and, of course, math. This would encompass from elementary school arithmetic to high school physics to college biology. I really love sparking enthusiasm in a student once they begin to see the big picture and help them overcome a daunting or boring concept into something that they are very comfortable with. I strongly believe that any concept can be overcome so long as the student finds the topic interesting and/or is willing to work at it. In my free time I enjoy exploring the city, playing basketball, reading, and spending time with friends.
