I am currently a graduate student at Columbia University working towards my Masters in Social Work with an emphasis on school based and mental health services. I graduated from Pepperdine University in 2016 with my BA in Psychology where I served as a freshman mentor, orientation leader and peer tutor. I have a passion for empowering students to find their own values and strengths and then guiding them towards reaching their full potential. Additionally, I am a registered yoga instructor and an avid yogi! I love being able to combine aspects of the yoga practice into educational settings.
