Last year I worked for for a school system in Oklahoma as a substitute teacher. Through this experience I was able to experience a wide variety of classroom philosophies and quickly determine for which strategies work and which do not. As a result I am able to think quickly and adapt lesson plans instructional techniques and discipline methods as needed. As a kind-hearted individual with a passion for teaching learners of all backgrounds I know I would be the perfect person for you.
