My experiences as an educator are extensive and varied, providing a rich and diverse background, which I believe enhances my abilities to motivate, educate, and make exceptional connections to students. I am very experienced in instruction in Common Core State Standards, Blended Learning and Technology, and Reading and Math Intervention. I also work well with culturally diverse students, differentiate extensively, and use a variety of teaching and learning strategies for all students, including ESL, credit recovery, and special education. I believe in cooperative learning, professional collaboration and teamwork, dynamic teaching, differentiated instruction, and a positive attitude that motivates all individuals to achieve and experience their optimal potential. I understand and excel with all students, including at-risk, high needs students and I produce outstanding results. I truly believe that with my high expectations and commitment to success, students soar!
