Salutations! I am a proud alumna of Barnard College, Columbia University who is committed to improving knowledge and confidence in writing, verbal skills, and the life sciences. I believe in learning about a student's personal interests and wedding them in creative and engaging ways with challenging academic content. My dedication and passion for learning is apparent in my academic performance as well as my continued work in scientific research!
I first began tutoring as a high school peer tutor in subjects ranging from AP US History, AP Spanish, AP Literature and the sciences (Biology, Environmental Science etc.). Wishing to pursue a PhD, a degree that prepares one for life as a teacher, I began serving as a TA in college in different areas of the psychological sciences.
