Hello! My name is Carter and I am a recent graduate from the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina, where I majored in Statistics. I am currently working towards a PhD in Biostatistics from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.

I have been a tutor for roughly 4 years, and have tutored all levels, from elementary to college. My specialties are in math and statistics, but I have also tutored basic sciences and computer programming. I can also help with standardized test prep. All students who I have tutored have passed their respective classes or exams with a grade of B or better!

I'm passionate about learning and teaching math and statistics. I think these subjects empower students to think more critically about the world and decipher complex information - skills that are transferable to any subject or career. As the oldest sibling of four, I have taken pride in teaching my whole life, and am able to relate to those who are younger than me.
