Certified Tutor

I am a second year studying Commerce and Math at University of Virginia. My favorite subject to tutor is math, especially algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus.

I found that tutoring was something that I am good at through my little brother. Ever since he started school, I have been tutoring him in all school subjects as well as mandarin Chinese! Now he is going to sixth grade and I am in college, but I still tutor him occasionally through our long distance phone calls and FaceTime.

I am excited to tutor not only because I can help others understand the materials better, but also because I can learn from the process of tutoring others. For me, tutoring is a win win situation because I will be able to understand the materials better too!

When I am not tutoring, I enjoy exercising, doing anything art-related (recently I have been working with my new drawing tablet!), reading, and hiking with my dog. I like anything outdoors but also enjoy quiet times!
