My name is Arooba Amjad and I am a recent college graduate! I graduated from Stony Brook University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Biology. While at Stony Brook, I was a part of many organizations that helped me develop key communications skills that I like to implement in my teaching. I have dealt with many different types of professors in my biology courses and understand that certain learning methods that essentially work for me might not be ideal for someone else. I hope to really get to know my students in order to see them succeed.

Aside from studying and teaching I really like to sit back and watch movies and shows! I love crime and drama related shows that have me screaming at the TV.
