Hello!
My name is Clayton. I believe that learning is for everyone, and that we are all able. With the right guidance, each and every student can develop the necessary skills to grow into a more effective, more confident human being.
It is my objective to provide a learning environment where the student can feel safe making mistakes. Mistakes are, in fact, often the most direct route to success. It's easy to forget this when dealing with frustrating material that doesn't make sense. I'm here to help you remember that, and even more importantly, to remember to have fun with it!
I hold a B.A. in Psychology from San Francisco State University, and have a background working with kids through a variety of programs, both paid and volunteer (most notably, the Tri-Valley YMCA).
