My tutoring philosophy is simple. To be successful we'll have three key steps. First we will define the goal we are working to achieve. Second, we track our progress towards that goal using research-backed strategies for learning. Third, celebrate success when you achieve your goals!
To give a little more background about myself. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2013 I spent two years as a Teach For America teacher here in Nashville and stayed a third year teaching at my placement school. As a teacher, I received the highest professionalism rating and regularly had teachers in my room as a model classroom. I helped start and run an ACT tutoring club and have helped countless students boost their ACT and SAT scores over the years.
As a former teacher, I have the professional background and tutoring experience to make every hour count towards maximizing your improvement! Can't wait to get started!
