Certified Tutor

I am a medical student finishing up medical school and am excited to start my family medicine residency in Greeley, Colorado! I recently moved to North Colorado from my previous home in Ohio. I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at Marietta College in 2012. Marietta College is a small liberal arts school in beautiful Marietta, Ohio. In college I was a member of the Honor's Community and traveled to Paris with an art scholarship! I was also involved in pre-med clubs and counseling students for medical school admissions. After undergraduate training, I was accepted to University of Toledo College of Medicine in Ohio and will graduate with my M.D. in May 2016.

During undergrad I tutored students in genetics, organic chemistry, biology, anatomy, and writing. I love anatomy and physiology! I tutor with a lot of encouragement, quizzing, and repetition of key concepts. Learning anatomy is like learning a new language and it is a fun challenge!

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, reading, and baking. I'm looking forward to getting to know the Rocky Mountain Area and helping students achieve their goals!
