I have a Masters of Physiology, from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelors of Sciences in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from The University of Tampa. I also a Registered RN with a BSN. I am a lifelong learner and love what I do, which is helping students learn. I have tutored College Algebra, Algebra I and II, College Chemistry, General Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology, General Physiology, Biology, Microbiology, Nursing, TEAS, Organization/Study Skills, and more. It is a privilege to work with fantastic students from all over the U.S, and I love to see students succeed. Education has been a very important factor in my life. My parents moved our family to America so that I could have more educational experiences than they had. My parents sacrificed their lives so that I could have the best opportunities for growth and success in life. While in college, I studied biology, chemistry, and physiology, which has augmented my knowledge and enhanced my learning, leadership, and communication skills. Now, I am able to utilize my extensive science background to give back to those who helped shape who I am today, and to give forward to those who are walking the same shoes I had to walk. My mission is to help learners of all backgrounds grow in their educational studies. In the future, I see myself leading an expert educational facility, with the mission of transforming the lives of the next generation. My global point of view, appreciation of diversity of life, and sensitivity to science related concepts have shaped me to be the tutor I am today. I have more than 10 years of experience giving back to my community and providing direct services to people of all ages of diverse backgrounds in multicultural settings using highly effective and interpersonal skills. I am grateful for all the knowledge and wisdom I have, and still gain each day. I am eager to begin helping students on their own journey of success.
