Certified Tutor

I received my B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. I have also served in the U.S. Army for over four years, and was honorably discharged in 2010. For two years, I taught English in Korea, and prepared students for the TOEFL standardized English exam. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English, Literature, and History.

In today's competitive environment, a successful education is of utmost importance to students. Every grade, every score, and every evaluation, could be a pivotal building block of a child's professional future. Knowing this is to understand the seriousness of the educators role in a child's development. I promise to do my best to help your child excel in his or her future.

At the same time, I also understand that there are many different factors that motivate a child in his studies. I think it's important not just to drill facts into students, but to help them appreciate how their studies will have a real effect on their lives. I hope to make the learning process not just a chore that is forced upon them, but a perceivable benefit that a student will understand is an important part of their well being.
