My love of teaching comes from a lifelong love of learning and building relationships. As a high school student with over a 4.0 and a college student who graduated with honors, I know how to work hard, and I know that hard work will pay off. Having spent two years as a high school English teacher, I am extremely knowledgeable of all kinds of learning styles, but I have learned that almost every student learns best working one-on-one with a teacher. Therefore, I love being a tutor!

A certified 7-12 English Teacher, I specialize in tutoring English skills (reading and writing) for success in middle school and high school and on the reading, English, and writing portions of the SAT and ACT. I can assist older students on GED English preparation and in their English college courses. I provide relevant homework for students who desire it.

I appreciate feedback (online or in person) from every lesson, and I will work to improve and change my strategies to meet your needs.

I am extremely flexible. I will meet you at a place that is most convenient and must suited to your specific learning needs.
