Certified Tutor

I recently graduated from UW Seattle with a Bachelors in Physics and a minor in Mathematics. I tutor a variety of subjects related to math and science, but the subject that I enjoy teaching the most is Physics. This is because every Physics problem can be treated as a puzzle that can be pieced together with the given information. Because of the nature of math and Physics problems, I spent much of my time in college collaborating with other people on problems and exchanging ideas. This has taught me to effectively communicate my ideas to other people. Outside of school, I enjoy biking, snowboarding, surfing, and rock climbing.

I know what it is like to have been a confused middle/high school student and even in college oftentimes. For this reason, I want to help current students that may be struggling, and I know how to explain difficult ideas to students so that they will really get it and overcome obstacles.
