I am a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in General Science with a concentration in Biology. While in school, I tutored my peers at FDU's Center for Academic Student Success in various subjects including biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, writing, mathematics, among others. Upon graduating, I spent time working as a Lab Assistant in a Cosmetics Lab. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music and playing the flute and guitar, along with writing stories and poems. I have a passion for science and education. I believe that there is nothing more precious than an inquisitive mind, with which we have the drive to discover the world around us. Challenges are necessary to become successful students and successful members of society. It is how we deal with those challenges that we prove our excellence in the world. I am here to help face the challenges that these subjects may bring for a student. I know first-hand what it is like to struggle with a subject in school or have trouble managing my time, so I will bring my own experiences and solutions, along with unique and personalized teaching strategies to each student. Aside from being dedicated to education, I am also dedicated to having fun. It is a common misconception that fun and learning are not connected. There is no better way to make it through a challenge, than to learn a fun way to overcome said obstacle.
