Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Oberlin College with honors in physics. While a student there, I was a tutor in physics through Student Academic Services. Now, as then, I have a special love for physics and mathematics and enjoy sharing it with others. Luckily, the attraction is largely in the thought process needed to excel in the subject and I will focus on symmetry, logic, and other essential tools for independent learning and success in an examination setting. I also tutor SAT and ACT test preparation and primarily focus on strategies to maximize time and deal with the very specific types of problems that are always presented by these tests. While at Oberlin I also earned a degree in music, and in my free time I still enjoy time with my instrument or with a good recording.
