I attended SUNY Geneseo with a major in Chemistry (ACS certified B.S.) along with a minor in mathematics while focusing on Physical Chemistry. Since graduation, I have been tutoring high school students independently, focusing on physical sciences (Chemistry, Physics) and mathematics. Recently, I decided to become part of the Varsity Tutor organization in order to branch out my network. I am most well versed in Chemistry (Physical, Organic, Inorganic, and Analytical) but have taken multiple higher level classes in Physics and Mathematics as well. In my personal experience, students claim the physical sciences can be intimidating and difficult at first glance. However, after students develop a personal connection to their method and the underlying theory, it quickly becomes second nature to them. My goal as a tutor is to help students of all ages forge their method of analytic thinking for a higher quality of life and academic success. In my spare time, I try to keep my mind sharp by reading and my body healthy by running.
