I am a recent graduate of the University of South Carolina with Bachelor Degrees in both Finance and Sport and Entertainment Management. I enjoy working on the business, operations, and logistics side of sports. I spent the last year working for the University of Virginia Athletic Department for both the Football and Men's Tennis Programs. I gained a vast amount of knowledge on the planning and attention to detail that goes into putting on a sporting event. I am proud of my accomplishment of helping the Men's Tennis Program win their first NCAA National Championship in program history.
In my free time, I enjoy both playing and watching various sports such as basketball, golf, and football.
I believe that the key to helping students learn various subjects is by finding a way for them to connect to the material and make it interesting for them. I had trouble with this at various times in high school and college, but I was able to take a step back and realize that if I made the material fun for me to understand, then it made learning it a lot easier.
