As a lawyer I work with writing almost all day long, and therefore I understand both how difficult it is to write clearly and how important it is to get started early with good writing skills. In law school, I worked for two years working with my peers on both legal and academic writing. It taught me the patience and good humor needed to give students the confidence to excel as good writers. I can help students with any writing assignments including college essays. The steps for good writing are all about thinking and planning ahead no matter if you are a high school freshman or a Ph.D. candidate.
