=I'm here in Tucson pursuing my interest in architecture through the College of Architecture at the University of Arizona. I emphasize critical thought and logic because these skills can be applied not only to test taking and school, but also to personal matters and all other endeavors. For true success, one has to train abilities that span the traditional categories of math, science, etc. I've tutored fellow students throughout high school. Working with a variety of students within a diversity of academia (science, english, math, psychology, test prep), I've improved my ability to teach. Although I have never been one for specifics, for example remembering the dates of wars, my strength lies in analytical skills and critical thinking. Because of this, I'm able to teach better because the information I'm imparting is not data, it is a new way of thinking and considering problems. This skill of mine has allowed me to do very well on standardized tests, and I believe it is an ability I can share.
