Certified Tutor

When I started college, I enrolled on a whim in Ancient Greek, a decision that changed the trajectory of the rest of my life. I fell in love with the study of ancient languages and their respective literatures and cultures. My aim in tutoring is to instill a similar love for language in all its forms in my students. I have taught Latin at the college level, but I am eager to work more closely with students at all levels one on one, tailoring my methods to meet their individual needs, while keeping Latin both fun and rewarding, as it should be. I just moved back to the Houston area after almost ten years away in college and graduate school, and I look forward to reconnecting with my home and sharing what I've learned in my time away!
