As a dedicated educator with a Master's in Education from Walden University and over 1 year of tutoring experience, I am passionate about fostering a love for learning in my students. With more than 5 years of classroom experience, I specialize in elementary subjects, including English, Math, Reading, Science, and Social Studies. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel empowered to explore their interests and develop their skills. I utilize methods such as Orton Gillingham and phonics to meet diverse learning needs, ensuring every child can succeed. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy reading and exploring new educational strategies to enhance my tutoring practice.
