Hello, I'm Damon Percy, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing Education from East Carolina University. With over 13 years of teaching and tutoring experience, I specialize in subjects such as Algebra, AP US History, and Elementary Math. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive learning environment where I actively listen to my students' needs, utilizing visual aids and step-by-step methods to ensure their understanding of complex concepts. I am particularly passionate about math, finding joy in helping students navigate the intricacies of numbers and problem-solving. My diverse teaching background, including 12 years in China, has equipped me to connect with students of various ages and backgrounds. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring new cultures and engaging in activities that challenge my analytical skills.
