About Me
I have worked within childcare and education with various age groups from infant to high school as a counselor, substitute teacher, babysitter, and preschool teacher. My professional experience combined with continuous education courses help me create curriculum based on the child's development, psychology, and personality. My favorite subject to tutor is English because I value communication and literacy. I am able to tutor in English and Language Arts for grades K-5. My teaching philosophy is to provide a student with a diverse learning experience that caters to their learning style and individuality. My style is adaptive, and I love working as a team with the students, parents, and teachers by maintaining communication concerning the child's needs to create the most constructive curriculum for academic improvement.
