About Me

I am a graduate of Cedarville University with a degree in Middle Childhood Education. I completed my graduate degree at Liberty University before moving overseas to work with children who live in the sugarcane fields of the Dominican Republic! In the past, I have tutored students, worked as a substitute teacher, and taught students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. I've also helped develop a teacher training program for our local teachers in the DR. I love teaching whatever I can, but my favorite subjects are Language Arts and math - yes, they're kind of on opposite ends of the spectrum! Learning is so important and provides many amazing opportunities, and I am passionate about helping others make strides in their own learning journeys!
