About Me

I am passionate about learning and sharing the developing notions of what it means to be human. This is what led me to teach Anatomy & Physiology to high schoolers, where I was awarded New Teacher of the Year at the school. My philosophy is to learn through teaching, reflection and meditation. Outside of the classroom I teach mindful movement as a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. As a tutor, I am motivated to meet the student at their current skill level and facilitate in their pursuit of excellence.
