Hi! My name is Hailey and I am currently in a Master's of Finance program at Georgetown University. Throughout my undergrad and now school I have served in several leadership roles that allow me to encourage and teach others. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore and ask questions. I strive to connect with each student by tailoring my approach to their unique learning styles, ensuring that they not only grasp the material but also develop critical thinking skills. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to help students achieve academic success and gain confidence in their abilities.
