As a passionate educator with a Master's in Marketing from Fitchburg State College and a Bachelor's in English/Education from William Paterson University, I have over 5 years of tutoring experience in subjects ranging from AP English Literature to Creative Writing. I am also experienced working with autistic and special education students, helping them achieve their full potential by building a solid foundation in reading and writing.
My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a supportive environment that encourages students to explore their creativity while mastering essential writing skills. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet individual needs, helping each student build confidence and achieve academic success. Recognized for my commitment to excellence, I am dedicated to empowering students through engaging lessons and constructive feedback.
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading and exploring new writing techniques, which continuously enrich my teaching practice.

Originally from New Jersey, I've lived for the past 15 years in New England with my husband, autistic son, and two (former) rescue dogs.
