Certified Tutor

I am a graduate from Ringling College of Art and Design. In 2024, I received my Bachelors of Art in Visual Studies, alongside a minor in Creative Writing. As an artist, I associate my skillset with my growing knowledge of what I am exposed to, either in passing, or from books, or by word of mouth and, on occasion, I have lent supportive feedback to those invested in the arts or stepping into the field down the road. My goal is to provide the kind of teaching I desired as a kid and still allow room for experimentation in the arts. I believe art is a balancing act - it's logic vs intuition. While the fundamentals are important, there is a time for knowing when it is hindering yourself and when to let go of those rules briefly. Art is about the self and says a lot about a person, in my opinion, so that is a prime philosophy I try to teach to others and uphold for myself ever since my own personal struggles in my journey. All artists have been on a similar road and I want to be there to show that it is not going to a forever-feeling. On my off time, I enjoy reading about mythology, history, cultures, languages, and exploring what I can about the world through books and first-hand experiences.
