As an educator with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, I am deeply committed to nurturing academic growth in my students. With over 28 years of teaching and classroom experience, I specialize in Elementary School Math, Reading, Writing, and ESL/ELL, utilizing the Orton-Gillingham approach to enhance literacy skills. My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to take risks and discover their potential. Witnessing my students thrive and develop a passion for learning is what drives me. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading and exploring innovative educational methodologies, which continually enrich my practice and strengthen my connection with students.
