I am passionate about helping students discover their strengths and build confidence in their learning. Over the past several years, I have worked with students from middle school through college, supporting them in subjects such as psychology, history, English, and test preparation. My background includes a career in educational assessment as a Psychometric Analyst and advanced studies as a PhD student in Educational Psychology, which allow me to bring both practical expertise and research-based strategies into my tutoring.
I especially enjoy tutoring psychology and history because these subjects encourage students to think critically about people, systems, and ideas. My tutoring style is student-centered: I focus on breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable steps while encouraging active discussion and problem-solving. I believe that learning should be engaging and interactive, and I tailor my approach to meet each student's unique needs and goals.
