As a passionate historian with a Master's in History, I strive to make the past meaningful and accessible for all students. I've taught a wide range of subjects from AP U.S. and European History to Elementary Social Studies and work to create engaging, inclusive classrooms that spark curiosity and critical thinking. I believe history comes alive when students connect it to their own interests, whether that's through visual arts, sports, or music. This approach helps make complex ideas more relatable and memorable. My experience working with dyslexic students has deepened my commitment to differentiated instruction and using multiple pathways to support understanding and confidence. Every student has the potential to excel, and I'm dedicated to helping them discover their strengths and see history as a valuable lens for understanding the world.
