As a passionate educator with a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University, I have over 2 years of tutoring experience in Algebra and Elementary School Math, complemented by more than 16 years of classroom teaching. My teaching philosophy centers on understanding that every student learns differently; therefore, I tailor my instruction to meet individual needs, ensuring a supportive and engaging learning environment. I thrive on those "aha" moments when students grasp challenging concepts, and I believe that making math practical and fun is key to fostering a love for the subject.
