As a passionate educator with a Master's in Elementary Education from Dowling College, I take great joy in fostering a love for learning in my students. With over 2 years of tutoring experience and more than 5 years in the classroom, I specialize in Reading and Math, utilizing my certification in Reading Intervention to tailor my approach to each child's unique needs. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel empowered to explore and ask questions. My lessons combine direct instruction with interactive guided practice, equipping students with personalized strategies that lead to success. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading and exploring new educational resources, which continually inspires my teaching methods.
