I'm currently a Nursing student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and I've spent the last couple of years helping students build confidence in their studies through tutoring and classroom teaching. I specialize in Algebra (any grade level), Anatomy & Physiology, middle school Math, English (including paper editing), and high school Chemistry.
I'm all about breaking things down in a way that actually makes sense, basically no overwhelming jargon, just real understanding of the material! I love creating a space where students feel comfortable asking questions and aren't afraid to make mistakes, because trust me I do too! My teaching style centers around breaking down complex concepts into manageable parts that are actually doable. I believe that when students can teach back what they've learned, they truly understand the material and that's my goal for every student I work with!

When I’m not tutoring you’ll probably find me sipping coffee just hanging out outside somewhere, or working on my own homework! But there's no doubt that if it's Saturday, I have college football on my TV! I love getting to watch football whether that means I'm in the stands watching or just at home with it on. I also love traveling as much as I can. My all time favorite vacation has been to the Bahamas!
