As a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University pursuing a dual degree in Biology and Psychology, I have over 2 years of tutoring experience across various scientific disciplines, including AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, and College Biology. My teaching philosophy is rooted in recognizing and adapting to each student's unique learning stylebe it visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. I focus on creating engaging, real-world connections to complex concepts, which not only makes learning enjoyable but also fosters deeper understanding. My passion for tutoring is driven by my belief in the transformative power of education, and I find immense satisfaction in guiding students toward academic success. In addition to my tutoring experience, I have worked in laboratory settings and actively participate in peer reviewing for an undergraduate STEM journal, enhancing my grasp of the subjects I teach. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring new scientific topics and conducting hands-on experiments, continually fueling my enthusiasm for education.
