SALONI
Certified Tutor
Teaching is more than just a profession for me- it's a passion. I love seeing my learners grow in confidence, truly understand the subject matter, and apply their knowledge in their daily lives. Watching a student have that "light-bulb moment" is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
I have had the privilege of working with students from diverse backgrounds, and each interaction has been enriching and fun. Tutoring allows me to bring out my creativitywhether it's designing hands-on activities, finding relatable examples, or breaking down complex ideas into easy-to-understand steps.
Educated in both India and Canada, I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education, along with ESL certification and Grammar Teaching certification. I believe in being a lifelong learner, continually upgrading my skills to stay current and bring the best resources to my students.
I tutor in Phonetics, English Language, and Math, with a particular passion for English. From an early age, I have been fascinated by the power of language, and my academic background and teaching experience allow me to share that passion with my students.
My teaching philosophy is simple yet effective: be versatile, be creative, and make learning engaging. I use a mix of interactive tools, authentic materials, and clear, structured lessons. I believe in timely reinforcement, setting clear objectives, and helping students master big ideas by breaking them into manageable steps. Above all, I want my students to feel supported, motivated, and excited about learning.
If you're looking for a tutor who is passionate, adaptable, and committed to your success, I would be honored to work with you.
