My name is Tamara McQueen, and I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration from Keiser University. With over 2 years of tutoring experience, I specialize in subjects such as Algebra, College Business, and Ethics. My teaching philosophy centers on understanding each student's unique learning style, allowing me to tailor my approach and foster a supportive environment. I have successfully guided students from elementary to high school, helping them achieve significant academic improvements, including one student who transformed a failing grade into an 88. My passion for education stems from my extensive background in management and mentoring, where I learned the importance of empowering others to succeed. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring new ideas in business leadership and engaging with students to inspire their academic journeys.
